Danny Richards, Partner and CEO

Daniel began his career in financial services at the age of 23 and has always had a passion for helping people find peace of mind in their financial future. He was a top-producing advisor and Managing Director for Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Co. He founded CFO Dental Partners in 2015 after seeing a growing need among dental practices for long-term business support.

One thing that Daniel loves about working with dental practices is the amount of stress relief it provides to the practice owner. You can almost visibly see the weight being lifted off their shoulders! To him, it is an honor to work with so many hard-working professionals and help them see more success.

Daniel and his wife, Lynlee, live in Meridian, ID with their five children. Outside of work, Daniel's life is very busy with his kids' sports activities, dance recitals, and tons of outdoor fun. He also loves to golf, run, and is a big-time foodie. (did you miss the donut page?)

Jade Millington, Partner and CFO

Jade loves what he does! He has 25 years of corporate finance experience and has held roles that include acquisitions analyst, portfolio manager, VP Finance, Restructuring Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. His experience ranges from multi-billion dollar international companies to small startups. Without question, his preference is to work in smaller companies where a significant impact can be made. He has experience in strategic planning, financial reporting, operating budgets, cash management and controls, general management and fundraising.

Jade’s experience includes time in various industries including dental, software, real estate management, consumer retail, private equity, e-commerce and golf courses/resorts. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance at Boise State University where he loves watching his Broncos on the blue turf, and a master’s degree in business administration at Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management.

Jade coaches high school rugby and his teams have won a national championship and several state championships. If you ever want to know about rugby, just let him know – he’s always glad to talk about it! He enjoys the outdoors with his wife and kids (both of whom are now grown and gone from home), and also enjoys firearms training.

Jeremy Telford - Controller

Jeremy has worked in Controller/CFO positions in various industries from Top-rated golf courses to large car wash enterprises. He enjoys getting to know people through work and building relationships that make work more enjoyable.

He loves working with companies and individuals that have a vision and are growth minded. He has experience in Budgeting/Forecasting, Cash Flow Management, Team Management and feels like he can have his biggest impact helping small businesses grow.

Jeremy met his wife Autumn in 1996 and they were married in November 2001. Together they have three kids. Mackenzie (21), Cole (19), Adelyn (16). He has lived in St George, Utah for the last 13 years. He loves sports and has played most of them throughout his life but now spends most evenings with his family enjoying Pickleball, Golf and Bowling. Jeremy has bowled 7 perfect games but is still chasing that elusive hole in one on the golf course.

Katrina Balerio - Bookkeeper

Katrina joined CFO Dental Partners in 2022, leveraging over 12 years of dental experience and a keen attention to detail. After many years working on the clinical side of dentistry, she made the transition to the administrative side where she effectively managed offices of different sizes and played a key role in launching a scratch practice. Her enthusiasm for embracing challenges and new projects significantly enhances her contributions to the team. Born and raised in Colorado, Katrina enjoys the beauty of the outdoors while spending any free time with her husband Don and two sons. When Katrina’s not watching one of her boys’ many activities, she enjoys reading, hiking and crafting.

Ashlie Nelson - Bookkeeper

Ashlie comes to CFO Dental Partners with over 25 years of administrative and office management experience. This experience has given her the opportunity to learn all sides of the business including billing, payroll, bookkeeping etc. She has worked in multiple industries from Family Law to Construction.

Ashlie grew up with parents who ran a small Concrete Construction business, so she learned quickly how hard small business owner’s work. She has a passion for being organized, solving problems, and helping business owners achieve their goals and minimize their stress.

When Ashlie is not working, she can be found with her husband Eric hiking in beautiful Idaho where they live. Ashlie enjoys playing and watching sports at all levels. She has 5 sons and 2 granddaughters that she also loves to spend time with.

Tianna Maier - Bookkeeper

Tianna joins CFO Dental with over a decade of accounting and bookkeeping experience. Since earning her bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2013, she has worked as a staff accountant and bookkeeper for multiple CPA firms.

Tianna has worked with numerous small businesses, ranging from grocery stores and restaurants to engineering companies and doctor offices. She enjoys making the numbers make sense and ensuring that the books are accurate.

Beyond the numbers, she finds joy in rock climbing, movie theatres, and creating precious moments with her husband and two daughters in their Meridian, ID home. Tianna brings not just expertise in bookkeeping, but a well-rounded passion for life to every endeavor.

Carolyn Grant - Bookkeeper

Carolyn joins CFO Dental Partners with 8 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience. She has worked as a staff accountant and bookkeeper for multiple industries. Most recently, Carolyn worked for Intuit. Her work there included working with numerous small businesses across varying industries ranging from law firms to e-commerce.

Carolyn is excited to work directly with dental practices and help to provide the operational support they need to thrive. She is always up for a challenge and enjoys helping all small businesses better understand their financials and growth opportunities.

When not working, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys traveling and outdoor activities and even coaches a young soccer team.

Heather Stokes- Bookkeeper

Heather came to CFO Dental Partners with 16 years of bookkeeping experience. She has worked with multiple industries over the years, but her favorite has always been dental practices.

Heather loves helping business owners understand their business financials and watching them grow their business with their new understanding of how all the numbers align.

Heather has been married to her husband Paul for 17 years and has two daughters, Peyton and Brittany, and one grandson, JC. She loves spending time with her family and watching Tennessee Volunteers football. Go Vols!

Ashley Joyce - Bookkeeper

With over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping, Ashley has developed a comprehensive expertise in financial management. Her background includes serving as a bookkeeper and customer support specialist for QuickBooks Online, where she honed skills in sales tax reconciliations, payroll processing, and payroll tax preparation.

Ashley’s passionate about empowering small business startups and driving business development through precise financial management. Leveraging knowledge of diverse industries, Ashley provides tailored accounting solutions that foster growth and success.

Beyond numbers, Ashley enjoys exploring the outdoors and reeling in fish whenever the weather permits. An avid mystery enthusiast, Ashley unwinds with detective novels and shows. This balance of professional expertise and personal pursuits fuels her enthusiasm for life.

Kaycee Chamberlain - Executive Assistant

Kaycee Chamberlain joined CFO Dental Partners in 2024. She brings a wealth of experience in the dental industry, having dedicated her career to various roles since graduating high school. She began her journey by cleaning dental offices and quickly advanced to become the Lead Surgical Coordinator for a multimillion-dollar pediatric dental practice in Idaho. Following this, Kaycee served as a Senior Marketing Director for a dental practice in Bozeman, where she honed her leadership and creative skills. Kaycee has her certificate in UX/UI Design and advanced certifications as a Microsoft Associate. She was born in Bozeman, MT, but grew up in the town of Round Rock, TX. In 2013, she moved to Boise, Idaho, where she eventually met the love of her life, Gabriel. They met in 2017 and got married in 2023. They rescued a 2 year old Cowboy Corgi named Mozzie. Known for her can-do attitude and exceptional organizational abilities, Kaycee is passionate about supporting her team and ensuring operational excellence. She is also a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan and a long time- die hard Longhorns fan (Hook em!). Outside of work, she enjoys taking firearm safety classes, going to the range, painting, and exploring digital art, reflecting her diverse interests and creative spirit.
